Funds Authority is the ultimate authority over customer deposits. Rubicon receives payments to unique addresses and organizes them, but all funds remain watch-only for the system. Without your authorization, no liquidity is unlocked and no spending is possible.

Deposits arrive automatically and are structured by Rubicon. When liquidity is required — for payouts or operational needs — Funds Authority authorizes its use. Rubicon manages and enforces these decisions using PSBT capabilities as the underlying technology, ensuring control without direct custody.
